ALL COOKING IS DONE WITH SELECTED HICKORY AND FRUIT WOODS AT EVENT SITE!
A Steer Roast is a two day event. We will arrive the day before to start the cooking process. We will carve the Steer, provide a choice of TWO Sullivan’s Home-made sauces, and a variety of hot sauces. Servers, buffet tent, serving tables with table covers are provided for the serving line. Any leftover food will be left with the customer.
