I have attached a list of our Most Popular Menus with Pricing. I would be happy to set up a tasting with you as well. We make all of our own Rubs and Sauces. (Regular, Carolina, Mustard, White, Memphis, Kansas City, Sweet and Spicy, Bourbon, Bourbon Peach, Cranberry, Blueberry, Maple Peach, Raspberry, Cherry, Watermelon, Apple, Guinness and Spicy Bourbon)

OUR AWARD WINNING BARBECUE IS COOKED ON KINGSFORD CHARCOAL WITH SELECTED HICKORY AND FRUIT WOODS AT EVENT SITE! We will arrive 3-12 hours prior to serving time (depending on the menu). We will pull the pork, provide a mild tomato base BBQ sauce, Sullivan's own spicy vinegar sauce, and a variety of hot sauces. Any leftover food will be left with the customer. 

**All meats are cooked at your event for freshness.
